For every cup of flour needed:

1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix to combine.

You can use this in place of all purpose flour in yeast recipes but omit the salt from the bread recipe.
You can use this in place of all purpose flour in quick bread recipes but omit the baking powder & salt from the  quick bread recipe.
