Whether you make homemade bread or just thaw out frozen store bought dough, the directions always say to let the bread rise in a warm spot. I don't know about you, but I just don't have the perfect warm spot.
So I have found the best way to create my own "warm" spot is to let the bread rise on my heating pad!
It has a low consistent warmth that will just make your bread rise beautifully.
I put my cookie sheets of pretzels and rolls to rise this way as well as my pizza dough.
